About the Program
Program mission:
A program that will enable students to gain music and recording skills that could lead to employment opportunities in the music and recording industry.
Students will:
- Develop skills in various aspects of Music Technology and Recording Technology.
- Learn how to set up a live sound venue or a recording session.
- Operate Mixer Boards and DAW as it relates to live sound and recording studio
- Become proficient in producing a recording session and mixing and mastering an EP
Potential careers:
Career examples include Sound Engineer, Studio Employee, Live Sound Engineer, Composer, Musician, Film Music Composer, Electrical Engineer
