Our new websites are designed to highlight the District and our schools and provide families and staff with the information they need.

While we are excited to launch the new sites, the project does come with a few potential (and temporary) issues. We request your patience and assistance as we continue to refine the pages on each site.

Physical Education Curriculum

It is the goal of the Amphitheater School District’s Physical Education Department to provide lifelong general fitness through movement, games, age-appropriate sports and discussions on health-related topics. Amphitheater is proud to offer physical education taught by certified physical education teachers in our schools K-12. 

Physical Education is a vital part of the total education program. A child's health status is a major determination of their educational achievement. The healthy, physically active child is more likely to be academically motivated, alert and successful in school and more likely to establish a healthy active lifestyle.
