Our new websites are designed to highlight the District and our schools and provide families and staff with the information they need.

While we are excited to launch the new sites, the project does come with a few potential (and temporary) issues. We request your patience and assistance as we continue to refine the pages on each site.

If you need information urgently and can’t locate it on the website or see an error, please email answers@amphi.com, and we will respond and address the concern as quickly as possible, typically the same day or within 24 hours.

Life Insurance

This District is proud partners with MetLife for Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance.

The District will continue to pay and provide Basic Life insurance for Benefit Eligible Employees in the amount of $25,000.

District Supplemental Insurance

  • Employee supplemental life maximum of $750,000 and guaranteed issue limit of $250,000*.
  • Spouse supplemental life with a maximum of $250,000 and guaranteed issue of $50,000*.
  • Child supplemental life with guaranteed issue in $10,000, $15,000, or $20,000 amounts^

*Guarantee issue amounts are only applicable to newly benefits eligible employees. Employees with existing benefits eligibility must complete the Evidence of Insurability process in order to be approved for increases to coverage amounts. Newly benefits eligible employees must complete the Evidence of Insurability process in order to qualify for amounts above the guaranteed issue amounts. For more information on the Evidence of Insurability process, please contact the Benefits Specialist at 520-696-5240.

^Child life insurance rates are the same for one or multiple children. Children may only be covered up to the month in which they turn 26.
