Our new websites are designed to highlight the District and our schools and provide families and staff with the information they need.

While we are excited to launch the new sites, the project does come with a few potential (and temporary) issues. We request your patience and assistance as we continue to refine the pages on each site.

Elementary Curriculum

Everyday Math 4.0 is a comprehensive math program that supports student learning of the Arizona State Standards K-5 through a spiraling curriculum that incorporates game play, collaboration, individualized learning, authentic assessments, and basic skills. Children who use Everyday Mathematics develop a deeper understanding of math as well as powerful, life-long habits of mind such as perseverance, creative thinking, and the ability to express and defend their reasoning. In addition, Everyday Mathematics uses games as an engaging way for students to get the frequent practice required to build strong mental arithmetic skills and fact power.

Computer-Based Supplemental Math Resources

Waterford Early Reading, Math and Science Program is an educational program for kindergarten that uses a variety of technologies to create personalized instruction through games, songs, stories, and other engaging activities. The Waterford Math Program focuses on Numbers and Operations, Operations and Algebraic Thinking, Measurement and Data, and Geometry and is aligned to the Arizona State Standards.
